Location: Jackson, MI (2 days a week onsite)
Duration: Long term ongoing
Need: Last 4 of SSN and Month/Day of Birth, all education info for Bachelors or higher degrees
Job Description:
• dminister, implement, support and document procedures for the Microsoft 365 Platform with a focus on Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams. Manage and maintain system configurations and actively troubleshoot issues.
• Work with end users on best practices and between IT and Security teams to ensure compliance. This position works regularly with the Senior Platform M365 Engineers.
Skills
Must have:

• Wholistic understanding of Microsoft platform
• bility to document technical processes and procedures
• Excellent communication and customer experience skills

• MCSE preferred / MCSA acceptable, 5+ years of experience
