Hybrid RBT and ABA Case Supervisor

It’s a hands‑on internship designed for future Clinical Leaders. At CSD, Clinical Leader Intern supports the design and delivery of evidence‑based behavioral health services for children with autism spectrum disorders and/or related developmental disabilities. Working under the supervision of a licensed or credentialed Clinical Leader, this role assists in implementing treatment plans aligned with physician recommendations across home, school, and other natural settings. About the Opportunity Direct Client Support Provide 1:1 ABA services using play‑based, evidence‑based strategies. Follow individualized treatment plans designed by Clinical Leaders. Support skill development in communication, socialization, and daily living skills. Deliver services in homes, schools, centers, and community settings. Early Clinical Leadership Exposure Carry a limited caseload with added responsibility, supported by senior clinicians. Participate in joint sessions, shadowing, and in‑field coaching opportunities. Assist with documentation review, session preparation, and treatment fidelity. Support parent education conversations alongside Clinical Leaders. Are pursuing or planning to pursue a degree or certification in ABA or a related field. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in one of the following disciplines, or a closely related field: Psychology, Child Development, Childhood Education, Special Education, or Pediatric Therapy (Physical, Occupational, or Speech Therapy). One of the following experience pathways: 2+ years of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services, or 1+ year of related professional experience implementing behavior modification intervention services and 12 semester units in Applied Behavior Analysis, or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Reliable transportation. Ability to complete training, documentation, and physical requirements of the role. Proof of vaccinations (MMR, Varicella, COVID – CA mandated). Comfort working with diverse populations. Physical requirements Constant visual stimulation, including close vision, distance vision, reading, computer work. Constant sitting; frequent up and down out of chair. Constant use of telephone, speaking, listening. Constant document handling, use of copier and fax machine, filing. Frequent typing, use of computer. Occasional walking around building. Occasional bending, reaching, stooping, pulling. Occasional lifting, carrying, moving of items up to 20 pounds.
