What You’ll Be Doing:
Preparing detailed and competitive estimates for commercial & multifamily construction projects
Reviewing drawings, specifications, and scope documents to develop accurate bids
Coordinating with project management and preconstruction teams to ensure scope alignment
Evaluating subcontractor proposals and maintaining strong trade relationships
Contributing to project strategy, budgeting, and preconstruction planning


What You Bring:
5+ years of estimating experience with a General Contractor
Multifamily or commercial construction experience preferred
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
