Phlebotomist Flex Float

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomist Float for the Los Alamitos, California area to perform blood collections and specimen processing across multiple patient service centers. This casual per diem position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to develop skills across diverse patient populations and clinic locations.
Responsibilities
- Perform venipuncture and capillary blood collections for all age groups
- Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, and alcohol tests
- Perform accurate and timely data entry of patient information
- Prepare specimens for testing and maintain information logs
- Process billing information and collect payments when required
Requirements
- 6+ months phlebotomy experience
- California state phlebotomy license (CPT)
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Reliable transportation
- Bilingual Spanish and English proficiency
- Ability to pass color blindness test
- Minimum age 21
Compensation: $23.00–$33.00 per hour plus $1.50/hr float incentive and mileage reimbursement
