Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Tennessee This role involves providing acute care in a general emergency department setting. The position requires a minimum of 2 years of ER experience, prior travel experience, and current Tennessee or compact licensure. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The shift is a 12-hour night shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

• Required Qualifications: Valid Tennessee license or compact license on file at the time of submission; minimum of 2 years of ER experience; prior travel experience; certifications in BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and NIHSS (National Institute of Health Stroke Scale)
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a free-standing emergency department; experience working with Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Orientation dates are scheduled for July 13, July 22, and July 22, with no consideration for start dates earlier than July 13. The facility features an 8-bed unit with patient ratios of approximately 1:4 to 1:5. Scrubs navy; the unit makes the schedule. IVS to interview and managers to make offers.
