What's your day like?

As a Caregiver at Asbury Place Kingsport Senior Living & Memory Care, you'll start your day by assisting residents with their daily activities, providing companionship, and ensuring their well-being. You'll help with personal care tasks, medication reminders, and light housekeeping duties, all while creating meaningful connections with those in your care. Your role will involve maintaining a safe and clean environment, responding to residents' needs promptly, and being a supportive presence in their lives.

You'll play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and making each day brighter for them.

What you need to be successful

• To excel as a Caregiver at Asbury Place Kingsport Senior Living & Memory Care, you'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
• Basic computer skills are a must, as you'll need to navigate digital systems to access resident information and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is essential for clear and compassionate communication with residents, their families, and your team members.
• Your ability to follow instructions, work well in a team, and demonstrate empathy and patience will all contribute to your success in this rewarding role.
