Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $36 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver therapeutic interventions and exercises following the PT plan of care
Monitor and document patient progress, celebrating every milestone
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and recovery strategies
Communicate patient status clearly with the supervising PT
Maintain a safe, welcoming environment by following infection control and compliance standards

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
Active state PTA license (or the ability to obtain one)
Ability to follow treatment plans and collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program

Knowledge & Skills

Physical therapy interventions and treatment techniques
Patient education and home exercise programs
Accurate documentation and progress tracking
Infection control and safety standards
Collaboration within interdisciplinary teams
