Technology Partners is currently seeking a talented Salesforce Engineer. What You Will Be Doing: You will be a key member of the CRM team, responsible for designing, configuring, and maintaining Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud components. You will partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to build scalable automation workflows, improve data quality, and enable seamless customer journeys. On a daily basis, you will develop custom Salesforce functionality using JavaScript, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. You will also build and maintain data pipelines, automation scripts, and integrations leveraging Python, APIs, and middleware tools. Additionally, you will support campaign execution, personalization, and compliance efforts while contributing to platform strategy and optimization initiatives. This is a 6‑month contract position with potential for extension or permanency. Key Responsibilities: Design, configure, and maintain Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud components, including journeys, automations, triggers, lead routing, and campaign management. Develop custom Salesforce functionality utilizing JavaScript, Apex, LWCs, and Flows. Build and optimize data pipelines, automation scripts, and integrations using Python, APIs, and middleware tools. Implement and enhance Marketing Cloud Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, MobilePush, and CloudPages. Write performant SQL for segmentation, audience building, and analytics purposes. Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and external platforms. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop personalized customer journeys and triggered communications. Support and troubleshoot system issues related to automation, data synchronization, and API limits. Recommend improvements to CRM architecture, automation workflows, and data modeling. Required Skills & Experience: 3–5+ years of hands‑on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud. Strong coding ability in JavaScript, Python, and SQL. Experience with AMPscript, SSJS, LWCs, and Apex development. Proven track record designing and automating customer lifecycle programs. Expertise in CRM data models, segmentation, lead scoring, and campaign attribution. Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, webhooks, and ETL tools. Ability to troubleshoot complex systems, automate workflows, and optimize performance. Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. High School Diploma or equivalent and relevant Salesforce certifications preferred. Desired Skills & Experience: Salesforce certifications such as Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant, Salesforce Platform Developer I/II. Experience with CDPs, attribution systems, and reverse ETL tools. Background working within SaaS, high‑volume B2C, or streaming environments.
