What You'll Do

Depending on the client's care plan, duties may include:

• Companionship and supervision
• Personal care and daily routines
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping and laundry
• Mobility assistance
• Medication reminders
• Dementia support
• Helping the client remain safe and comfortable at home

What We're Looking For

• Dependable and reliable with scheduled shifts
• Available for the full 7:00 AM–5:30 PM shift
• Caring, patient, and professional
• Comfortable working independently in a client's home
• Able to follow an individualized care plan
• Able to communicate well with the client, family, and office
• Reliable transportation to Piper City

Previous caregiving, CNA, assisted living, home care, or similar experience is preferred, but we will consider the right candidate who is dependable and willing to learn.

This position is approximately 31.5 hours per week on a consistent 3-day schedule.
