This role blends technical delivery, client collaboration, and operational improvement to help organizations strengthen software delivery performance and business outcomes.Recruiting for this role ends on 11/01/2026.Work you'll doAs a Senior Consultant, Engineering Foundry, AI & E/EaaS - DevOps on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for…Designing, implementing, and supporting DevOps pipelines, infrastructure automation, and continuous integration and continuous deployment practices across client environmentsCollaborating with client and Deloitte teams to assess current-state engineering processes and define target-state DevOps operating models, tooling, and workflowsBuilding and maintaining cloud infrastructure, platform services, and deployment automation using infrastructure as code and configuration management toolsMonitoring application and platform performance, identifying issues, and implementing improvements to reliability, scalability, security, and release qualityContributing to project deliverables, technical documentation, environment standards, and implementation plans while supporting client-facing discussions and delivery milestonesA successful candidate would possess these skills:Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to othersQualificationsRequired:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline6+ years of experience with DevOps engineering, platform engineering, site reliability engineering, or infrastructure automation6+ years of experience with at least one major cloud platform, such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform4+ years of experience building and maintaining continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines4+ years of experience using infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, or Azure Resource Manager4+ years of experience with container platforms and orchestration technologies, such as Docker and KubernetesAbility to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Preferred:4+ years of experience supporting DevSecOps practices, including security scanning and policy enforcement in deployment pipelines4+ years of experience with scripting languages, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell4+ years of experience with monitoring and observability tools, such as Splunk, Datadog, Prometheus, or Grafana4+ years of experience working in consulting, professional services, or client-facing delivery environmentsExperience supporting Agile delivery models and cross-functional product or engineering teamsExperience with release management, environment strategy, and production support processesThe wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
