One semester/quarter internship following the academic calendar. Position Overview The Office Management Intern will learn about and participate in the daily administrative and operational functions of a California-licensed home care agency. This internship provides an enriched, hands‑on learning experience in healthcare administration, customer service, scheduling, and office coordination while working alongside experienced professionals. Interns will gain exposure to business operations, strengthen workplace communication and organizational skills, and participate in project‑based learning opportunities within a supportive professional environment. Key Projects & Skill Development Answering calls, scheduling, phone intake, and client communication Office organization, documentation, and data entry Caregiver onboarding and administrative processes Customer service support to clients, families, and staff Community presentations Professional communication Weekly check‑ins and goal development with internship advisor/mentor Ideal for students interested in: healthcare administration, business management, human services, human resources, or related fields.
