Key Responsibilities and Contributions: Rapid Assessment & Triage:Provides comprehensive, safe, and effective, evidence‑based nursing care, performing rapid and accurate assessments to prioritize patient needs and facilitate timely intervention for various medical and traumatic emergencies. Emergency Interventions:Organizes and prioritizes patient care activities, balanced with the urgent needs and comfort of critically ill or injured patients. Initiates and manages life‑saving interventions Patient & Family Support:Serves as an advocate for patients' needs by demonstrating holistic care practices, offering support and clear communication to patients and their families during highly stressful times. Clinical Acuity & Adaptability:Demonstrates the ability to recognize, interpret, and adapt to rapidly changing patient conditions (i.e. Lab, vitals, signs and test values) in a timely and clinically appropriate manner, often under pressure. Job Requirements Required Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Preferred: BSN Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in ED AZ RN license or RN License from a Compact State.
