Expected pay for this position is $38.75 - $45.59/hour. Actual pay will be determined by experience, skills and internal equity. Serves as a key enabler of process improvement activities with OSF Healthcare system by contributing in and where directed, leading people, process, and technology integration. Is responsible for adhering to department Standards of Performance relative to project execution and performance improvement. Requires frequent travelQualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's Degree OR completion of High School diploma/GED and a minimum 3 years' experience managing projects.Other skills/knowledge:Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software.Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:Experience with key OSF applications.Experience managing components of a project.Experience using information technology in the healthcare industry.Experience with application implementation or support in the healthcare industry.Other requirements/information:Experience participating on a project team.Experience with application implementation and support.Experience with processes and their interrelationshipsOSF HealthCare is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
