Job Title: NDC Schedule Inbound Coordinator (SIC)

The NDC Schedule Inbound Coordinator (SIC) is responsible for performing service dispatch and supporting field operation activities within the Security Domain of JCI. They will work closely with NDC Team Managers, Service Dispatch Coordinators, Field Service Managers, peers and customers to drive key business initiatives and service delivery such as managing email service request backlog, guard dispatch, emergency ticket dispatching, coordinate third party vendor meets, Field Technician calls for assistance or ticket management, accountable for establishing strong professional relationships with field personnel, answering and responding to internal and external inquiries from customers along with other duties to drive field service delivery. They are expected to be able and willing to perform and partner across all major functions within the Schedule Inbound Coordinator role including inbound customer and service tech call handling, Guard Dispatch, and workorder request management.

Required:

• Minimum of 1-year customer service
• Flexibility to perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain above satisfactory attendance

Hiring Hourly Range: $20.67 - $27 (Hourly rate to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This position includes a competitive benefits package. The posted salary range reflects the target compensation for this role.
