NOW HIRING: Sanding & Masking Technician

$18–$23/hr | 1st Shift | Climate-Controlled Facility

Looking to get into the aerospace industry? We're hiring a Sanding & Masking Technician to join a growing FAA-regulated repair team. If you have experience in composites, automotive body work, paint prep, manufacturing, or surface finishing , we'd love to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Sand and prepare aerospace components for repair and finishing
Mask parts for painting and specialty coatings
Perform surface preparation using hand and power tools
Inspect parts for quality and accuracy
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and FAA quality standards

What We're Looking For

Experience with sanding, masking, paint prep, composites, or automotive body work
Strong attention to detail and quality
Ability to follow detailed work instructions
Experience using hand tools and basic measuring equipment
