Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to effectively partner with staff and families
• Patience, flexibility, and a passion for helping children reach their full potential

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized instruction for 3K and 4K students according to IEP goals and objectives
• Foster an inclusive, positive, and supportive classroom environment
• Collaborate closely with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff to adapt curriculum and integrate specialized strategies
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress, achievements, and needs
