Corporate Travel Consultant

To support the After Hours team, the remote Corporate Travel Consultant will provide professional travel service assistance to corporate clients, ensuring high-quality travel arrangements and adherence to organizational policies. Key responsibilities Serve as a travel expert for contracted corporate clients, planning domestic and international travel experiences Conduct fact-finding interviews to determine travel needs and secure cost-effective arrangements using various travel systems Maintain tracking of operational queues and initiate necessary changes or cancellations while providing timely updates to clients Required qualifications High School diploma or GED, with one to three years of related experience or equivalent education and experience At least 2 years of experience in arranging domestic and international travel, with proficiency in Global Distribution System Apollo and ticketing software Ability to learn new processes and effectively apply them to meet client needs Knowledge of GDS, airline travel sites, and online booking tools Outstanding interpersonal and relationship skills
