• Leading the charge in both Activities and Food & Beverage—keeping the vibes high and the service flawless.
• Crafting unforgettable guest moments, from poolside games to signature cocktails and seasonal events.
• Managing schedules, guiding your crew, and making sureeveryone’sset up for success.
• Keepinginventory tight and invoices on point—because details matter.
• Driving revenue like a boss across activities, Marketplace, and F&B outlets.
• Training and mentoring your team so they shine brighter than the resort lights.
• Collaborating with other departments to create experiences that wow—menus, events, and more.
• Staying sharp on safety, sanitation, and compliance—because we play by the rules (and make them lookgood).
• Handling cash procedures and audits with confidence.
