HR Coordinator, Talent Development

About the Role: The Talent Enablement Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the Global Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (GDEI) team by providing high‑level administrative and operational support of our GDEI priorities. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, and a proactive, tech‑savvy mindset. This is a hybrid role and is ideally located in Boston. Primary Responsibilities Lead all executive support for the GDEI team including stakeholder calendar management, expense management, travel coordination, and communication (agenda, action items, event updates). Manage events for high‑profile internal and external events and external associations. Partner closely with the GDEI team to support the Global Inclusion and Community Committee (GICC), upstanders, client materials, business network and allies portal support, and GDEI communications. Serve as key point of contact for the client RFP/RFI questionnaire process supporting the broader Human Resources team. Project‑manage ad‑hoc, future‑focused special projects with the Talent Enablement Team to automate HR operational processes. Opportunity to partner with the Talent Development team as project coordinator for various learning and development programs and manage vendor relationships. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required. 3+ years of experience in executive support, preferably within Human Resources at a globally matrixed organization and working with both internal and external stakeholders. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to adapt style to audience. Critical thinker with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; demonstrated project‑management fundamentals. High energy, self‑motivated attitude, strong work ethic, and service‑oriented mindset. Proactive, solution‑oriented approach showcasing continuous improvement and a tech‑savvy learning mindset. Thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with excellent time‑management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail. May require occasional event coverage beyond business hours. Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Base salary range for this position is USD 60,000 - 110,000. Additional compensation may include discretionary bonus or incentives. Other benefits include retirement plan, health and wellness benefits, and flexible work arrangements.
