Job Details Specialty: Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Start Date: 06/01/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities The Physical Therapist is responsible for the assessment of referred patients requiring rehabilitation services. Tasks include: Conducting patient assessments to determine medical condition, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation. Establishing and administering individualized treatment programs with specific goals. Setting realistic, achievable goals, documenting, and educating patients and families. Developing a plan of care for each patient. Providing skilled physical therapy services in accordance with physician orders. Assessing patient needs, planning, evaluating, and modifying care to meet goals. Collaborating with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals. Qualifications Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or Bachelor’s degree with NPTE pass. Graduated from an accredited program. Minimum one year of experience. Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist (or actively pursuing licensure). Current CPR certification. Other client‑specified requirements as necessary.
