Located in Effie, MN Salary: $25.00/hour Tire and Lube Technician Are you a car enthusiast with a knack for mechanical diagnosis and repair? Do you love getting your hands dirty and helping customers get back on the road safely? If so, Express Employment has the perfect job for you in Northern MN! This position will start out part-time, working a couple of days per week and grow into full-time hours, with a dayshift schedule and starting wage of $20.00-$25.00/hour, based on skills and experience. Responsibilities:- Perform oil changes, fluid replacements, and tire services such as patches and installations
- Provide top-notch service quickly and professionally to ensure customer satisfaction
- Prepare detailed service reports and recommending the next service date
- Build trust and long-lasting relationships with customers through quality work
- Mechanical Skills - A natural aptitude for diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Experience - Proven experience in vehicle servicing
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Ability to read complex manuals, relay information in reports, and basic computer skills
