Join our team of strategic advisers and architects, differentiated by our industry depth to collaborate with leading solution providers and leverage your experience in strategy, process design, technology enablement, and operational services to enable heart-of-the-business solutions Work you'll do As a Workday Adaptive Delivery Senior Consultant, Configuration and Integration Solutions on the Enterprise Operations as a Service team, you will be responsible for supporting the ongoing application management services engagement for Workday Adaptive Planning and helping clients maintain a stable, optimized, and scalable planning environment. Serve as a senior escalation point for issues raised through the application management services queue, including troubleshooting models, formulas, reports, dashboards, integrations, and securityGather requirements for enhancement requests, perform impact analysis, and configure solutions in Workday Adaptive Planning, including model updates, reporting changes, formula logic, OfficeConnect templates, and security rolesSupport release and environment management activities, including feature evaluation, sandbox-to-production migrations, change management, and maintenance of configuration and issue documentationParticipate in governance calls, status reporting, and roadmap discussions with client stakeholders to support planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting objectivesMonitor integrations and data processes, including actuals feeds, Workday Human Capital Management integrations, data loads, level updates, and version management A successful candidate would possess these skills: Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a teamEffective written and verbal communication skillsMeticulous attention to detail and quality of work productAbility to build and sustain professional relationshipsAbility to lead projects or workstreamsAbility to manage and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong interpersonal skills and professional demeanorAbility to meet deadlinesAbility to provide clear guidance to others The Team Deloitte’s Government & Public Services (GPS) practice – our people, ideas, technology and outcomes – is designed for impact. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree3+ years of experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, including post-implementation enhancements, incident resolution, and change requests in an application management services environmentMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.Delivery Center Location & Travel Requirements:Hybrid Work Model: Operate under a hybrid system requiring residence within a commutable distance to one of the US Delivery Center locations (Gilbert, Lake Mary, or Mechanicsburg) Co-location Expectation: Spend up to 30% of working time co-located at an assigned office for orchestrated opportunities, including projects, practice sessions, training, and Moments That Matter at a Deloitte Delivery Center location, Geo-Hub location, approved site, or project locationTravel Requirement: Maximum of 10% overnight travel for client or project purposesRelocation Requirement: If relocation is necessary, complete the move within 12 weeks from the start date to reside within a commutable distance Preferred: Workday Adaptive Platform CertificationExperience with OfficeConnect templates, integrations, and data loadsExperience supporting planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes
