Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify students' mental health needs, including evaluations of strengths and resources available to them.

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions to students, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Create and implement tailored treatment plans that address the specific goals of each student, involving parents and teachers where appropriate to foster a unified approach.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops that promote awareness of mental health topics and encourage peer support.

Qualifications\n
