Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Personal Touch Home Health Care Services Inc.
Role: Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) within a supportive rehabilitation setting. Responsibilities: Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans, ensuring a positive rehab experience for patients and families. Utilize progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments in an in-house therapy environment supported by local management. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited therapy program. Licensed in the state of practice with a minimum of 3 C's. Previous rehab SNF experience preferred, with at least 1 year of experience. Additional Information: This position is not a CFY. Background checks and a drug-free workplace are required.
