As our Intake Specialist, you'll serve as the crucial first point of contact for clients both on the phone and in person, providing compassionate support to families navigating difficult times while ensuring our practice operates with maximum efficiency. Your essential responsibilities will include managing high-volume incoming calls with empathy and professionalism, warmly greeting clients arriving for appointments, conducting initial screenings to secure potential leads, scheduling consultations while maintaining detailed attorney calendars, processing new client intake forms with meticulous attention to detail, and coordinating seamlessly with our experienced legal team to ensure smooth client onboarding. You'll also maintain accurate records in our case management system, perform precise data entry, and take initiative in continuously improving our office processes and client experience.

We're seeking candidates with proven extensive experience in customer service and phone-based communication, strong data entry skills with demonstrated attention to detail, advanced computer proficiency including calendar management software, and exceptional multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments. The ideal candidate will possess a professional demeanor with outstanding interpersonal skills, a demonstrated positive attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving, strong organizational capabilities, the ability to handle confidential information with discretion, experience working under pressure while maintaining composure, and a proven track record of taking initiative and exceeding expectations.
