We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects from pre-construction handoff through final completion. If you're organized, communicate well, and know how to keep projects on schedule while maintaining strong relationships with homeowners and trade partners, we'd like to talk with you. What You'll Do Manage multiple residential remodeling projects from start to finish Develop and maintain project schedules Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspections, and material deliveries Monitor budgets, change orders, and job profitability Conduct regular job site visits to ensure quality, safety, and progress Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners during construction Keep accurate project documentation and communicate updates with leadership Resolve field issues quickly to keep projects moving forward What We're Looking For 5+ years of residential construction project management experience Experience managing remodeling, renovation, or custom home projects Strong understanding of residential construction methods and scheduling Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple active projects simultaneously Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred Experience JobTread High-end residential remodeling Process improvement and project documentation Compensation & Benefits $85,000-$95,000 annual salary, depending on experience Performance bonus opportunities Company truck 401(k) with company match Health insurance Dental insurance Paid Time Off Long-term career opportunity with an established residential remodeling company Why Join Cutler Building & Remodeling?
