You will work Monday through Friday, 8-hour day shifts, covering 40 hours per week and visiting 5-6 patients daily. You must have a current South Carolina RN license and home health experience. Your responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, administering medications, performing wound care, conducting assessments, and developing individualized care plans.
