The position involves evaluating and conducting medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs, performing assessments, establishing plans of care, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The role requires working on various units within the hospital, primarily focused on neurological, orthopedic, cardiovascular, and oncological conditions, with a fast-paced environment and training provided by the experienced team. Job Details Position Description: Evaluates and conducts medically prescribed physical therapy treatment programs. Responsibilities include performing initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition, establishing, revising, and evaluating a plan of care involving the patient and family, performing therapy interventions using standard techniques, and overseeing activities of physical therapy assistants, students, and support personnel. Certifications, Education, and Experience Requirements: Professional credentials including a valid driver's license or state ID, professional profile, and references. A minimum of 2 years of experience required, with a start date of 09/20/2026 and end date of 12/19/2026. Schedule: Day shift, Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week. Additional Responsibilities: Work in a fast-paced environment, engage regularly with the interdisciplinary team, and provide real-time documentation using Cerner electronic medical record.
