We are seeking a dynamic HR Consultant to work closely with our clients, primarily onsite. While some remote work is possible, this role focuses on engaging directly with clients to provide comprehensive HR support. 

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment and policy procedures
- Provide business solutions for employee relations, including legal and operational considerations
- Utilize HR software platforms proficiently
- Implement performance management solutions effectively

Qualifications:
- Essential prior experience in HR
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with C-suite executives and managers
- Proven track record in a consulting or advisory capacity

Compensation:
- Starting at $34 per hour, with opportunities for growth and advancement within the organization
