SOCIAL WORKER/PSYCH Transfer INTERNAL ONLY

Voluntary Transfer Applications for School Social Workers and Psychologists
Human Resources is accepting voluntary transfer applications for social workers and psychologists year round in the Talent Ed Portal.
Please note that you must secure your own transfer.
- Employees must have worked for DCPS for 2 years prior to requesting a transfer.
- The transfer request shall remain active for one year from the date of receipt in Human Resources.
- Please select site preferences in priority order.
Human Resources will provide written notification via an email for personnel whose transfer has been approved. Employees must wait for the written approval from Human Resources before moving personal belongings and reporting to their newly assigned site.
*Please refer to the Collective Bargaining Agreements for specific contract language regarding transfers.
