MLR is seeking a committed and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our client's Emergency Room (ER) team. In this high-pressure environment, you will be instrumental in providing critical care to patients facing life-threatening situations. Your ability to make swift decisions, coupled with clinical expertise and calmness under pressure, will be vital in ensuring optimal patient outcomes.

Registered Nurse Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert, compassionate care to ER patients by assessing their needs and creating tailored care plans.
• Perform accurate and efficient triage, prioritizing patient care based on severity of condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.
• Administer medications and treatments, monitoring patient responses and adjusting care as necessary.
• Maintain thorough and precise patient documentation to support clear communication and seamless care transitions.
• Educate patients and their families about diagnoses, treatment options, and post-care instructions.

RN Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in New Mexico.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Prior experience in an ER setting is preferred.
• Strong critical thinking, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.
