Our facility is designed to foster a friendly and productive environment, where therapists can conduct assessments, engage in hands-on treatment, and utilize various rehabilitation tools and equipment. Our work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life routine.Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Physical Therapist at Improved Motions Physical Therapy, your day-to-day tasks will include the following:Conduct thorough evaluations of patients' physical conditions, history, and limitations.Design and implement individualized treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practice to achieve optimal patient outcomes.Utilize therapeutic techniques such as manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to support restoration of function.Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure continued improvement and adaptation to evolving patient needs.Provide educational resources and guidance to patients and their families regarding rehabilitation processes, self-care techniques, and preventive measures.Document and maintain accurate patient records in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches.Patient Population / Client FocusIn this role, you will primarily be working with a diverse patient population in an outpatient setting, including individuals recovering from surgeries, sports injuries, neurological disorders, and chronic pain conditions.
