Job Description
Work Locations - Birmingham AL, Charlotte NC, Atlanta GA

Required Education:
• Bachelor's degree in business management, Information Systems, or a related field

Required Experience/Skills:
• Minimum 8 years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or related experience
• Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
• Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
• Ability to bridge communication between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Preferred Experience/Skills:
• Banking or financial industry experience will be preferred

Job Duties:
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements
• Support projects through all phases of the SDLC, including analysis, development, testing, implementation, and post-production support
• Develop business cases and recommend solutions to address business needs
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Monitor project progress and resolve requirement-related issues
• Support solution implementation and user adoption activities
• Research industry best practices and support process improvement initiatives
• Lead or contribute to large, high-impact projects as needed
