Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Provide personal care and support to clients in their daily activities Assist with personal hygiene, medication management, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation. Provide transportation to and from appointments as needed. The ability to document and communicate client needs and changes in condition.
