Operations – Recruitment Data Mining Specialist 525 Verdae Blvd, Greenville, SC 29607, USA Job Description Posted Thursday, June 11, 2026 at 4:00 AM Title: Recruitment Specialist / Data Mining Specialist Position: Full-Time, Hourly Based at: TCR - Greenville Position Summary: Recruitment Specialist will be primarily responsible for identifying potential patients from EHR systems to determine eligibility in TCR trials under the direction of the TCR Recruitment Manager. Key Skills and Competencies: Time management and workflow prioritization Computer proficiency Primary Accountabilities: Data mine databases for potential study candidates Forward identified patients to recruitment team for pre-screening and scheduling Pre-screen candidates with Inclusion/Exclusion criteria General Accountabilities: Update patient information in Clinical Conductor, CRIO and eCW Track telephone encounters from eCW This job description is only a summary of the typical functions of the job, not an exhaustive or comprehensive list of all possible job responsibilities, tasks, and duties.
