Bay Aging is seeking a dedicated Intake Specialist Assistant as part of the Senior Community Employment Program. The role supports the intake and case management teams and emphasizes excellent customer service and confidentiality. You will assist with inquiries, verify client information and eligibility, and enter data into client management systems.
