Tax Preparer

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Preparer to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for preparing a variety of tax returns, including Individual (1040), S Corporation (1120-S), Partnership (1065), and Trust/Estate (1041) returns. The ideal candidate thrives in a client-focused environment, enjoys solving complex tax issues, and is committed to delivering accurate and timely work.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review federal and state tax returns for:Individuals (Form 1040)Partnerships (Form 1065)S Corporations (Form 1120-S)Trusts and Estates (Form 1041)Gather and analyze client financial information and supporting documentation.Identify tax planning opportunities and communicate recommendations to clients.Research tax issues and apply relevant federal and state tax regulations.Respond to client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.Assist clients in resolving tax notices and correspondence from taxing authorities.Ensure compliance with filing deadlines and regulatory requirements.Maintain organized and accurate client records and workpapers.Collaborate with team members to improve processes and client service delivery.
