System One not only serves as a valued partner for our clients, but we offer eligible employees health and welfare benefits coverage options including medical, dental, vision, spending accounts, life insurance, voluntary plans, as well as participation in a 401(k) plan.ResponsibilitiesUtilize innovative recruiting methods to identify and attract top-performing, highly technical professionals for a variety of positions within the industryWork closely with team to support customer recruiting needs by matching the right candidate to those requirementsStrategically source by using the internet, job boards, job postings, referrals, networking, social media, our internal database, and any other resources to find potential candidatesEvaluate candidates' qualifications and strengths by interviewing, both face-to-face and over the phone, and checking referencesMaintain candidate relationships and manage contract employees while they are on assignmentAdhere to the proper policies and procedures of the full hiring life cycleComplete pre-employment processes and paperwork for hiring, background checks, drug screens, etc.Generate leads and set meetings to establish new business both locally and nationallyDevelop a community presence by networking with local leaders and associationsWork closely with teammates to identify, assess, and service current and new accountsRequirementsProven experience in recruiting or talent acquisition (experience length not specified)Strong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to utilize various sourcing tools and platforms effectivelyKnowledge of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practicesAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and organizational skills
