Assistant Store Manager
Assists the Store Manager in general management duties and shares responsibility for the store operation and performance. Coordinates and directs the overall operations of the store in the absence of the store manager. $50k-$55k o Strong leadership skills o Knowledge of the grocery industry o Merchant mentality o Self-starter o Attention to detail and organization o Integrity o Customer-minded o Must possess the math skills necessary to supervise and handle store operations o Time commitment o Performs duties in a safe and efficient manner. Supports the Store Manager in the fulfillment of his/her responsibilities in planning, organizing, directing and controlling store activities and operations. Supports monitoring store quality, cleanliness, stock levels, merchandising, sales growth, and profitability.
