Job Summary: The role of the Physical Therapist Aide is to work closely with our experienced physical therapy team, gaining hands‑on experience and advancing their career in the healthcare field. With the guidance of our licensed therapists, you will play a crucial role in supporting patient care and facilitating clinic operations. Responsibilities: Collaborate with the physical therapy team to prepare treatment areas for patient therapy sessions. Escort patients to and from treatment areas, ensuring their comfort and safety throughout the process. Assist in implementing therapeutic exercises and modalities as directed by licensed therapists. Manage basic administrative tasks, including appointment scheduling, maintaining patient records, and handling documentation. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and equipment, promoting a safe and hygienic environment. Ensure overall facility cleanliness, including offices, restrooms, gym, break room, and waiting area. Foster effective communication and patient flow among therapists and other healthcare professionals. Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and their families, showing empathy and professionalism at all times. Adhere to legal, ethical, and professional guidelines, prioritizing patient confidentiality in all aspects. Demonstrate a proactive approach to continuous professional development and learning within the physical therapy field. Qualifications: Genuine passion for pursuing a career in healthcare. Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with patients, therapists, and team members. Reliability, responsibility, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
