• Number of Beds - 10
• Number of Staff – 120
• Type of staff:
  • Day Shift – ( example 1 charge, 3 RN, 2 CNA, and 1-3 sitters) Charge Nurse, Unit Clerk, Scrub Tech, RNs based on patient census
  • Night Shift – same as above
• Patient Ratios – per CA Title 22
• Type of equipment -
• EMR -Meditech/CPN

Weekends and On call(if any)

• Rotating weekends based on CBA

List typical procedures performed on unit(s):   

• Delliveries, C/sections, other L&D OR related cases

Advanced skills needed: EFM and ACLS
