The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Greet and assist visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
• Answer incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel while maintaining phone etiquette.
• Handle clerical tasks such as data entry, correspondence
• Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable at all times.
• Assist with any additional administrative duties as required.
• Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Skills

• Previous experience in guest relations or customer service is preferred
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
• Proficient in administrative tasks, including clerical work and office management.
• Effective phone etiquette and communication skills are essential.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
