Job Description
We are seeking a Line Cook to support an executive chef within a small kitchen team. This role offers opportunities for cross-training across stations and culinary mentorship while contributing to consistent, high-quality food preparation and service.
Responsibilities
- Set up and maintain assigned kitchen stations.
- Execute recipes accurately and consistently.
- Prepare food using grill and fry cooking techniques.
- Plate dishes according to presentation standards.
- Coordinate order timing to support efficient service.
- Follow food safety practices.
- Maintain kitchen sanitation and cleanliness.
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of line cooking experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong knife skills.
- Ability to adhere to recipes.
- Knowledge of food safety practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
