Hotel Front Office Manager - Guest Experience & Operations

Element Development LLC is seeking a dedicated Hotel Manager for Courtyard by Marriott Niagara Falls USA. The position focuses on maximizing occupancy and revenue while maintaining high standards of guest service. Responsibilities include overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in hotel management, coupled with a minimum of 2 years in hotel operations.
