Description - Your Responsibilities

• Conduct essential and advanced laboratory assessments-covering chemistry, hematology, immunology, and other disciplines-in accordance with established protocols.
• Evaluate test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and carry out maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis whenever necessary.
• Meticulously document all laboratory processes, provide training to new staff or students, and uphold excellence in laboratory standards.
• Ensure the laboratory environment remains clean and safe, while complying with regulatory and accreditation policies.

Education Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an allied health discipline with ASCP/AMT credentialing preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be achieved within one year of employment.
• Maintain current certification throughout your tenure in this role.
