Key Responsibilities Lead and elevate copy standards across multiple brands Write, review, and refine copy while coaching and developing direct reports Manage freelancers and ensure appropriate coverage across projects Own brand messaging and maintain deep knowledge of assigned brands Partner with Associate Creative Directors to guide creative development Present work to clients and contribute to new business presentations Ensure cross‑channel consistency, quality, and on‑time delivery Collaborate across Art, Client Services, and Clinical teams to support strategy and execution Oversee MLR readiness and ensure high‑quality referencing, annotation, and submission standards Drive efficiencies and support cross‑team collaboration Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in English, Life Sciences, or a related field 4–7 years of healthcare agency writing experience, with at least 3 years leading brand creative Strong understanding of AMA style, FDA/OPDP guidelines, and regulatory requirements Proven leadership, presentation, organization, and mentoring skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high standard of quality Familiarity with emerging AI tools and their use in a safe and compliant way Moon Rabbit embraces and celebrates diversity, inclusivity, and equal opportunity.
