Source and qualify partnership opportunities across referral, white-label, reseller, and integration models Prioritize core banking platforms, loan origination systems, fraud and KYC orchestrators, and credit bureaus Own the partner sales process from NDA and business case through technical review, commercial terms, and contracting Carry a partner-sourced pipeline and revenue quota Report partnership progress like account executives report theirs Manage ongoing relationships with signed partners through syncs, issue resolution, renewals, and expansions Plan co-marketing, partner announcements, and enablement materials with Marketing Represent partner needs internally and provide competitive intelligence, feature gaps, and feedback to Product Requirements 4+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or a quota-carrying sales role, ideally at a B2B fintech or SaaS company Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills Comfortable closing a deal independently Resourcefulness in unblocking stalled deals or quiet partners Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong communication skills and ability to represent Inscribe externally Experience in the fintech, banking, or fraud space Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in partnership development and management, with a strong focus on relationship-building, negotiation, and sales processes within the fintech and banking sectors.
