Job Description
We are looking for a permanent Office Manager/Accounts Payable to join a stable well-established company in Halfmoon Bay. This is an excellent work life balance position supporting the CFO and CEO for a stable company.
Responsibilities: • Process invoices and confirm billing information is complete, accurate, and submitted on time. • Maintain financial records by updating account details, filing documentation, and organizing supporting materials. • Assist with bookkeeping activities such as recording transactions, reconciling entries, and tracking routine account activity. • Monitor client or internal accounts to help resolve discrepancies and ensure balances are properly documented. • Provide office support to including data entry, document management, and correspondence follow-up.Experience in AP and office management QuickBooks a plus Attention to detail, highly organized, good communication skills
