Dental Dreams is owned and operated by our original founding dentist. For over 20 years, we've made decisions from a dentist's perspective, with a focus on supporting our doctors and providing high-quality care to the communities we serve.

As a new graduate, you'll join a team where you can continue developing your skills while having access to experienced clinicians who can provide guidance and mentorship along the way.

Compensation

Permanent Daily Minimum Guarantee
Up to $50,000 Sign-On Bonus
Average Full-Time Compensation: $290,000-$350,000+
Strong earning potential with established patient flow
Visa and permanent residency sponsorship available
