Express Employment Professionals is recruiting for a busy and respected local law office seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their team. This is a full-time, in-office position offering competitive pay, benefits, 401(k), and paid vacation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, experts, and witnesses
• Draft and prepare legal documents, pleadings, correspondence, and case-related materials
• Manage case files, medical records, and legal documentation
• Track deadlines, maintain calendars, and support attorneys throughout the case process
• Review records and documents for accuracy and case development
• Assist with personal injury and workers' compensation matters

Qualifications:

• Previous Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience required
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently
• Exceptional attention to detail and critical thinking skills
• Workers' Compensation experience is a plus, but not required
